Brockenbauer Thielecke in Tanne

Small farm shop in the village of Tanne / Ostharz The goods aren't exactly cheap.

Ordered a table by phone the day before yesterday, very much. Food was very tasty and in a reasonable waiting time. So far so good. The payment process at the machine gave the evening a bad end. Allegedly the card is to blame. Machine restarted and paid. To give the guest this feeling very disappointing. Too bad.

On October 9th, the staff probably had a bad day when they are otherwise so friendly. Bad service, completely overpriced goods at the counter.

We had received a voucher for our 30th wedding anniversary and were at the Brockenbauer today. The house is very nice and cozy. There is also a cozy garden. The service was friendly and the dishes we chose were good and plentiful. Brockenbauer has a Michelin star? What did I miss? In a restaurant of this category I miss cloth napkins, a small amuse guele, a small biscuit with espresso. Simply that little bit special. Will it be there for the next visit? :)

Eating is fun here. Delicious and served by friendly service. Then go shopping in the small shop.

The first impression on the first visit was great. Beautiful facility, lovingly designed. This was followed by a visit to the farm shop. I was prepared for a lot, but for example € 24 for a 900g glass of sauerbraten or € 14 for Soljanka caused a few wrinkles on my forehead. I'm sure I like paying plenty for great products, but the price level in the farm shop leaves me speechless ....

Unfortunately we were too late. There was no longer any hot meal. Therefore, in fairness, three stars. On the one hand, we received good advice on how to eat there. On the other hand, we couldn't eat and try it. It would have been 5 stars. So next time. It will definitely work.

Today we were guests at the Brockenbauer and it was just great. The service was very nice and courteous. The food was a dream and the price-performance ratio fits. Thank you very much for the lovely stay in your house. We'll be back soon. (not a threat, a promise 😁😂) The journey is definitely worth it for us.

Nice location with a few animals to look at. We bought some salami in the shop and service was friendly, but once payment was received they reverted to standard impatient and slightly irritable local service when we asked a couple of questions.

Yummy, that was delicious. Large portions and nimble waitresses rounded off the beautiful evening. Here we have to go back ... And yes, we can recommend goulash and schnitzel!

Today we were in fir for a beef steak at the Brockenbauer Thielecke. The property does what the website promises. The ambience is more than inviting, inside and outside. Friendly service staff ensures that you have to feel comfortable. Unusual drinks and excellent cuisine round everything off. Those who come with children will find many small enclosures with animals in the outdoor area. The wooden shop is not big but very good.

This is a really great restaurant. A very nice house with a small yard shop. The food was fantastic. Everything freshly made and nothing canned! Delicious heights cattle sehr and very nice service.

Unfortunately we were disappointed today ... only a lady who had to manage the shop and the restaurant at the same time. Of course, new customers kept coming into the shop, but we guests had to wait, wait ... drove again ... without lunch and without shopping, that passed us. Still 4 *, as it is a great property and your sausage etc really tastes good. We'll try it later ... but not during the holiday season.

Seriously good steak. If you’re in the area it’s definitely worth a visit. BUT make sure you make a reservation and if you want to order the larger steaks (rib eye, porterhouse) you have to order at least a day in advance. This is not mentioned on their site so I was just a tad disappointed.

Super Steakhouse with Hofcafe great food and really friendly service you can only recommend. Have a table pre-ordered everything has worked out wonderfully. You can see the heart and soul in the house. 👍👍 In the farm shop there is also the possibility to buy sausage and cheese from own production.

I had a perfekt rumpsteak with very good fried potatoes. And all organic food. The meat comes from their own farm. All is made by themselfs. Thats quality you can taste. I'm happy. :)
